MPOCC is proud to present the Means of Compliance (MOC) for Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) (MS2530-3). This document was developed to provide additional guidelines/means of compliance and verifiers/objective evidence to implement the requirements MSPO Part 3 for plantations and organised smallholders.
The means of compliance acts as a guideline elaborating the indicators to guide the organization implementing MSPO standard as well as for certification bodies conducting compliance audits. The verifiers / objective evidence further listed into documentation (D), communication (C), site inspection (SI), or a combination of these. This document is a supporting document prepared to assist auditors in assessing compliance of each requirement in the MS2530-3 and can be used by the organizations to develop its MSPO management system.
